Registration is open February 1-February 28.   

$100 for In-House,  $140 - Travel    -  plus processing fee

If you child is not registered at that time, he or she may not have a spot in our spring program.
If we open registration later in March, a Late Fee of $50 will be applied to the registration. 

  1. Our COVID policy (located on our website) will still be followed 100% and at ALL times.  It is very possible the policy will be modified before our first practice, to reflect the current state regulations and CJSA regulations in effect. 

Important Guidelines Regarding the Registration Process:

  1. DO NOT create a new account.  Use the one you used before.  If you cannot reset your password,  please send an email to [email protected].     

  2. IF you ignore #1 and create a new account,  you will be required to upload another copy of the birth certificate and another photo of your player(s).

  3. NEW PLAYERS -  A copy of the birth certificate and a photo of the player must be uploaded during the registration process.  If not,  the player will not be put on a team.   ALL birth certificates are encrypted, not even our registrar can see them.


VOLUNTEERS:

The success of our program depends on our Volunteers. As always need parent volunteers to coach and serve as managers.  

  1. ALL Coaches and Managers who volunteer must have all CJSA required training up to date in the system in order to volunteer. NO EXCEPTIONS THIS SPRING.   Your volunteer account will let you know what is missing, if anything.

  2. IF we do not get enough Volunteers as manager or coach, there WILL NOT be a spring season.

SSA Inclement Weather Policy

Practices
Cancellation of weeknight practices due to inclement weather is the decision of the President and AFC Coach Director. All cancellation decisions will be made by approximately 3:30 p.m. Notice of cancellations will be provided via email and/or posted on the SSA website, and will also be provided by the respective Program Director to all Head Coaches/Team Managers.

If coaching staff or families do not hear from their Program Director and/or do not see a cancellation posted on the SSA website, the practice is on! If weather conditions worsen between 3:30 pm and the start of practice, the respective Program Director will make the final practice decision at the field.


Games
The President and AFC Coach Director will be responsible for cancelling games and work in conjunction with the In-House and Travel Program Directors. All Head Coaches/Team Managers will be notified of game cancellations approximately two (2) hours before game time by their respective Program Director.

If coaching staff or families do not hear from their Program Director and/or do not see a cancellation posted on the SSA website, the game is on! If weather conditions worsen by game time, the Referee and the respective Program Director will make the final decision at the field.

Games that are cancelled may or may not be made up - the final decision rests with SSA.
